We therefore cannot make any guarantees or warranties on how long the relationship will function or what the quality will be. We do our best to vet and interview the candidates, but we do not guarantee any results. With that all said, we do have a 60-day satisfaction guarantee. If things are not working out with your new VA, you can request a new placement. We are not able to issue refunds once the initial match has taken place and the 60-day satisfaction period does not restart.
