Brandon Lazar is a serial entrepreneur, coach, and software founder helping home service businesses grow smarter. After scaling and exiting his own service company, he launched BonusUP, HourlyIQ, and NinjaVA to solve real-world problems with simple, effective tools. Brandon now splits his time between tech, coaching, and raising his kids on a farm with his beautiful wife.

CTO aka “Code Master”

Keith has been passionate about programming since the age of six, building a successful career in software development and AI. With years of hands-on experience and a lifelong curiosity for technology, he helps drive the innovation behind NinjaVA’s platform. Outside of work, Keith enjoys playing guitar, spending time outdoors, and making memories with his family.

Director of Client Success

Rebecca brings 15 years of proven operational management, executive leadership, and business growth experience to NinjaVA. She spent more than a decade developing her leadership skills, culminating in her role as Chief Operating Officer for a $30 million company. During her tenure, she managed more than 1,000 employees, worked across seven industries, supported startups, and streamlined processes that saved both time and money.

After 15 years in corporate leadership, Christopher built a thriving home repair business before joining NinjaVA. His experience on both sides of the business gives him a practical perspective on helping entrepreneurs grow through better systems and support. Outside of work, Christopher enjoys spending time with his faith, family, and beloved corgis, and he’s always cheering for the underdog.

Success Coach

Zee is a seasoned operations and recruitment leader with more than 16 years of experience supporting CEOs and growing cross-functional teams. She has held leadership roles as Head of Operations and Country Manager, driving growth for businesses across the Philippines. Outside of work, Zee enjoys scenic road trips, beach days, and spending quality time with her family.

Visual Artist aka “Pixel Ninja”

Jack Lee Sarming is a seasoned visual artist with more than 15 years of experience in video editing, motion design, and graphic design. He enjoys bringing ideas to life through impactful visuals and thoughtful storytelling. Outside of work, Jack enjoys music, photography, and spending quality time with his family in the Philippines.
