She spent more than a decade developing her leadership skills, culminating in her role as CEO for a $30 million company. During her tenure, she managed more than 1,000 employees, worked across seven industries, supported startups, and streamlined processes that saved both time and money.

Ginny is a marketing strategist with more than 13 years of experience spanning product development, digital marketing, user experience, and marketing systems. At NinjaVA, she leads growth and marketing, helping the company attract, engage, and grow lasting customer relationships. Outside of work, Ginny spends much of her free time practicing historical swordfighting with a focus on rapier fencing and enjoys Mandalorian cosplay.
