Brandon Lazar is a serial entrepreneur, coach, and software founder helping home service businesses grow smarter. After scaling and exiting his own service company, he launched BonusUP, HourlyIQ, and NinjaVA to solve real-world problems with simple, effective tools. Brandon now splits his time between tech, coaching, and raising his kids on a farm with his beautiful wife.

CTO aka “Code Master”

Keith has been passionate about programming since the age of six, building a successful career in software development and AI. With years of hands-on experience and a lifelong curiosity for technology, he helps drive the innovation behind NinjaVA’s platform. Outside of work, Keith enjoys playing guitar, spending time outdoors, and making memories with his family.

Director of Client Success

Rebecca brings 15 years of proven operational management, executive leadership, and business growth experience to NinjaVA. She spent more than a decade developing her leadership skills, culminating in her role as CEO for a $30 million company. During her tenure, she managed more than 1,000 employees, worked across seven industries, supported startups, and streamlined processes that saved both time and money.

Head of Growth and Marketing

Ginny is a marketing strategist with more than 13 years of experience spanning product development, digital marketing, user experience, and marketing systems. At NinjaVA, she leads growth and marketing, helping the company attract, engage, and grow lasting customer relationships. Outside of work, Ginny spends much of her free time practicing historical swordfighting with a focus on rapier fencing and enjoys Mandalorian cosplay.

Head of Client Success

Megan brings more than seven years of operations management experience, leading teams, improving processes, and helping people succeed. She enjoys working closely with business owners to match them with the right long-term virtual assistant while supporting both clients and VAs in building strong, lasting partnerships. Born and raised in Southwest Florida, Megan enjoys the coastal lifestyle and spending time at the beach.

Head of VA Success

Quin combines a background in education with more than five years of coaching business owners in the home service industry. She is passionate about helping virtual assistants grow, creating systems that support long-term success, and strengthening partnerships between clients and VAs. Outside of work, Quin enjoys Zumba, yoga, and dancing, and loves creating beautiful spaces and handmade products.

Success Manager

Angel brings over five years of experience supporting home service businesses across sales, customer service, and operations. She is passionate about helping remote workers succeed, guiding them through recruiting, onboarding, and ongoing coaching to build strong, lasting client partnerships. Outside of work, Angel enjoys cooking and baking with her three daughters, working on their family cookbook, and spending time at the beach.

Designer

April brings more than 10 years of creative experience spanning background animation, graphic design, video editing, and digital content. She creates the visual assets that support NinjaVA’s marketing, training, and client resources, with a proactive approach and an eye for detail. Outside of work, April enjoys gaming, baking, traveling, road trips, and spending time with her Siberian huskies.

Visual Artist

Jack is a seasoned visual artist with more than 15 years of experience in video editing, motion design, and graphic design. He enjoys bringing ideas to life through impactful visuals and thoughtful storytelling. Outside of work, Jack enjoys music, photography, and spending quality time with his family in the Philippines.

Programmer aka “Shadow Coder”

Al is a dedicated developer with a strong background in tech and hands-on experience in the field. He enjoys solving real-world problems through clean, efficient code. Outside of work, Al spends his time playing chess, diving into video games, and exploring new ideas in tech and strategy.

Success Coordinator

Jesus brings over eight years of experience in customer service, technical support, and virtual operations. He works closely with clients and remote workers, providing onboarding and day-to-day support to keep every partnership running smoothly. Known for his calm, solutions-focused approach, Jesus enjoys helping others succeed. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, basketball, video games, and spending time with his family and girlfriend.

Success Coordinator

Liz brings a background in customer service, customer success, and team management. She works closely with NinjaVA’s virtual assistants, helping maintain strong communication and providing the support they need to succeed. Outside of work, Liz enjoys spending time with her family and discovering new places to eat.
