After scaling and exiting his own service company, he launched BonusUP, HourlyIQ, and NinjaVA to solve real-world problems with simple, effective tools. Brandon now splits his time between tech, coaching, and raising his kids on a farm with his beautiful wife.

After 15+ years in corporate leadership, Christopher built a thriving home repair business, learning the grit it takes to scale — and the value of the right VA. A high-I motivator and connector, he’s passionate about helping entrepreneurs stay in their genius zone by building support systems to win in life and business. Driven by faith, family, and collaboration, he’s always rooting for the underdog.

Keith has been passionate about programming since the age of six, honing his skills alongside a successful career in the trades industry. With years of hands-on experience and five years as the general manager of a large window cleaning business, he brings leadership and expertise to his work. Outside of his profession, Keith enjoys playing guitar and piano, diving into a good book, and cherishing time with his family.

Rebecca Dehl spent over a decade honing her executive leadership skills, culminating in the leadership of a 30-million-dollar company in her role as Chief Operating Officer. During her tenure, she oversaw the management of over 1000 employees, worked across 7 different industries, supported start-ups, and streamlined processes that saved time and money.

Al is a dedicated developer with a strong background in tech and hands-on experience in the field. He enjoys solving real-world problems through clean, efficient code. Outside of work, Al spends his time playing chess, diving into video games, and exploring new ideas in tech and strategy.

Zee is a seasoned operations and recruitment leader with over 16 years of experience supporting CEOs and managing cross-functional teams. She led VA agencies as Head of Operations and Country Manager, driving growth for their Philippine branch. Outside of work, she enjoys scenic road trips and beach days—recharging her energy, staying inspired, and making time for family.

Support Sensei

With eight years of experience as a customer service representative in a corporate setting, Rafael transitioned into the virtual assistance space with a strong desire to grow. That journey led to becoming part of NinjaVA’s core team. Outside of work, Rafael enjoys long rides, discovering new places, working out at the gym, and embracing new adventures.

Visual Artist aka “Pixel Ninja”

Jack Lee Sarming is a seasoned creative professional with over 15 years of experience in video editing, motion design, and graphic design. He brings ideas to life through impactful visuals and thoughtful storytelling. Outside of work, Jack enjoys music, photography, and spending time with his family in the Philippines.
